Dhan, FYERS, Zerodha and Upstox can all give Indian traders live TradingView-based charts, but the phrase “supports TradingView” hides an important difference. Dhan and FYERS officially support a direct broker connection on TradingView.com, while Zerodha provides TradingView's charting library inside Kite. Upstox provides its own TradingView-powered trading platform, but Credivant could not verify an equivalent direct TradingView.com Trading Panel connection in the official Upstox material reviewed on 5 October 2026.

That distinction matters if your real requirement is not merely live NSE candles, but TradingView.com's Pine ecosystem, community scripts or the ability to place broker orders without leaving TradingView.com.

The table is deliberately about how TradingView is delivered, not which broker is “best”. Brokerage, execution quality, APIs, support, margin products and other features are separate decisions.

“TradingView inside a broker” and “your broker on TradingView.com” are not the same thing

There are two different products that traders often describe with the same sentence.

In a broker-hosted TradingView setup, the broker uses TradingView charting technology inside its own website or app and feeds the chart with broker market data. Zerodha Kite is the clearest example: the chart can be live and fully usable for trading even though the Zerodha account is not connected to the external TradingView.com Trading Panel.

A direct TradingView.com broker integration works differently. You remain on TradingView.com, open the Trading Panel, connect the broker account and place supported orders from TradingView itself. Dhan's official TradingView connection page and FYERS' official connection guide both explicitly document this workflow.

This is also why delayed data on standalone TradingView.com and live TradingView charts inside a broker can exist at the same time. The charting interface and the market-data entitlement are separate issues; Credivant explains that distinction in its guide to why TradingView NSE data can appear delayed.

Dhan: the clearest two-route TradingView setup

Dhan offers TradingView in two distinct ways. Its own tv.dhan.co platform gives active Dhan users live TradingView charts for free, with broker trading tools integrated into the charting experience. Separately, Dhan can be selected in the Trading Panel on TradingView.com and connected directly to the user's brokerage account.

That second route is important for traders who specifically want the external TradingView ecosystem. Dhan's official integration page highlights Pine Editor, community scripts, alerts, Bar Replay and strategy tools, while also noting that access to some TradingView features depends on the user's TradingView subscription plan.

There is one limitation worth making explicit: Pine Editor is not available on Dhan's hosted `tv.dhan.co` charts. Dhan's own support documentation says the Pine Script editor is not extended to the hosted charting library. Therefore, “Dhan supports Pine Script” is only accurate when the workflow is identified—TradingView.com is different from Dhan's hosted TradingView interface.

FYERS: direct TradingView.com integration with documented real-time Indian data

FYERS also supports a direct TradingView.com connection. Its official instructions tell users to open TradingView Supercharts, select FYERS in the Trading Panel, authenticate the FYERS account and then trade supported instruments from TradingView.

FYERS is unusually clear about market data. Its support page says TradingView data accessed through FYERS is real-time and currently covers NSE, BSE and MCX. The broker also says its TradingView integration is free for FYERS clients; standard brokerage and statutory charges still apply, while paid TradingView plans remain a separate TradingView purchase.

For somebody who specifically wants to work on TradingView.com rather than inside a broker-only charting window, FYERS therefore belongs in the same direct-integration category as Dhan.

Zerodha: live TradingView inside Kite, but no direct TradingView.com connection

Zerodha is where many comparisons become inaccurate. Zerodha does provide live TradingView charts inside Kite. Users can also place and manage orders through the TradingView-chart interface using Zerodha's Trade From Charts functionality; Zerodha's current support guide documents real-time bid/ask information and order placement from the chart.

What Zerodha does not provide is the same external broker connection as Dhan or FYERS. Zerodha's official support page explicitly says Kite cannot be directly connected to third-party charting applications such as TradingView; instead, Kite uses TradingView's charting library within its own platform.

So the correct distinction is simple:

TradingView charts inside Zerodha Kite: Yes. Zerodha account connected to TradingView.com Trading Panel: No.

For an existing Zerodha user who mainly wants live NSE charts, indicators, drawing tools and trading from the chart, this may be entirely sufficient. It becomes a limitation only when the requirement is specifically the broader TradingView.com ecosystem, including workflows built around external Pine scripts or TradingView community tools.

Upstox: a strong broker-hosted TradingView product, not a verified external connection

Upstox's current TradingView product is more than a basic embedded chart. Its official TradingView page describes a TradingView-powered platform built around a tick-by-tick engine, with tools such as chart-based trading, short timeframes, depth features and analytics.

Upstox separately says its tick-by-tick market-data access is free. Some advanced platform features can still depend on the user's product access or plan, so it is better to verify the exact feature required rather than assume every advertised capability is universally available.

The key issue for this comparison is external connectivity. In the official Upstox material reviewed by Credivant, we found extensive documentation for Upstox's own TradingView-powered environment but not an explicit TradingView.com Trading Panel connection comparable with the documentation published by Dhan and FYERS. Until that is officially documented, Credivant will not label Upstox as a direct TradingView.com broker integration.

Pine Script, live data and TradingView Premium: three separate questions

These three issues are often mixed together even though they answer different needs.

Live broker charts concern the market data delivered inside the broker's platform. All four brokers in this comparison provide a live broker-based TradingView route.

Pine Script concerns TradingView's scripting environment. Direct TradingView.com integration is therefore more relevant for users who rely on Pine Editor and community scripts. A broker using TradingView's charting library does not automatically give every feature available on TradingView.com.

TradingView Premium is a separate subscription decision. You do not need a paid TradingView plan merely to open Zerodha's embedded TradingView charts, Dhan's hosted live charts or FYERS' free broker integration. Paid TradingView plans may still matter for limits and advanced features on TradingView.com itself.

The practical mistake is to pay for a product before identifying which of these three problems you actually need to solve.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does Zerodha give live TradingView charts for free?

Zerodha provides TradingView charts inside Kite to its users without requiring a separate TradingView subscription merely to use Kite's embedded charting interface. That does not mean a Zerodha account can be connected to TradingView.com.

Which of these brokers connect directly to TradingView.com?

As of the official documentation reviewed on 5 October 2026, Dhan and FYERS clearly document direct TradingView.com Trading Panel connectivity. Zerodha explicitly does not provide it, while equivalent direct connectivity was not confirmed in the official Upstox sources reviewed.

Can I use Pine Script with Dhan?

Yes through the TradingView.com route, subject to TradingView's feature and plan rules. Dhan's hosted tv.dhan.co charts do not include the Pine Editor.

Is TradingView data live through FYERS?

FYERS says TradingView data accessed through FYERS is real-time for supported NSE, BSE and MCX instruments.

Bottom Line

The useful comparison is not “Which broker has TradingView?” because all four have TradingView-based charting in some form. The deciding question is where you want TradingView to run.

Dhan and FYERS are the clearly documented choices in this group for connecting the brokerage account directly on TradingView.com. Zerodha gives live TradingView charting and trading inside Kite but no external TradingView.com connection. Upstox offers a sophisticated broker-hosted TradingView product built around tick-by-tick data, while a matching direct TradingView.com connection was not confirmed in the official sources reviewed.
